Although we always hope that products work as intended, in a very small percentage of cases, there may be an issue. We are truly sorry if this happens, but sometimes items shipped directly from the manufacturer may not function properly. Generally, there’s nothing you or dress-hood could have done to prevent this.
If there is a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty terms, including contact information, are usually printed on the packaging. If you cannot find them, or if the warranty is provided by dress-hood rather than the manufacturer, we will be happy to provide the necessary information.

Returns are allowed if dress-hood receives your request within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returns must be received in full (original packaging and contents) by dress-hood™ within 14 calendar days of return authorization. Return shipping costs will be covered by dress-hood™ for any damaged or defective products.
To request warranty information or initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us with a description of the damage/defect and include photos of the product to help speed up the return process.
Refunds for defective or damaged products will be processed once the item has been received by Vansouq. Refunds for defective or damaged products will be issued to Diamond and Blue Diamond members once the customer contacts our support team to inform us that the package has been shipped and the returned item has been scanned for return to dress-hood. If the product is found to be without defect after inspection, the label cost will be deducted from the refund amount, along with a 15% restocking fee.
CHANGE OF MIND / NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We generally offer a 30-day return policy, but please note that due to their nature, some items are not returnable. This will be indicated on the product page. Do not open the product if you do not intend to keep the purchased item. All returns must be complete (with full original packaging and contents) and in working condition. They must be received by dress-hood within 14 calendar days after return authorization; prior authorization is required within 30 days of delivery.
In the case of a return due to a change of mind, the shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded, and the cost of return shipping will not be covered.
Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be processed once the item has been received by Vansouq. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be issued. Refunds for change-of-mind returns for our members will be issued once the customer has contacted our support team to inform us that the package has been shipped and the returned item has been scanned for return to dress-hood.

Step 1: Please contact our customer service via the contact form or send an email to contact@dress-hood.com, including your order number.
Step 2: Submit your order.
Send the shipment with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Be sure to include a tracking number with the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
As soon as we receive the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 business days.
